Consistent onboarding pattern for products within a hub
Designed a scalable onboarding pattern — pre-setup flow, in-app knowledge panel, and shared guidelines — adopted as the standard across five products in an API Hub. Built and aligned in a four-day sprint, then refined over a month.

Seamless workflow between API Design and Test
Designed a cross-product workflow for a PoC that lets two separate API solutions share development statuses. Partnered with a designer and PM from another product area to align the flow and prep it for usability evaluation.

Defined a flexible IA to absorb new product modules and prepare the app to become a hub of software-testing solutions. Worked directly with the Product Director on long-term direction, proposing an architecture that fits multiple testing modules.

AI-powered autonomous QA platform
Led design of an AI-agents platform for autonomous QA, pioneering new agent/user interaction patterns and mental models from scratch. Drove core experience decisions and used Figma Make for concept exploration — cutting iteration cycles from a week to 1–2 days.

Product UI theme refresh and improved onboarding
Led a major UI theme refresh and a more intuitive onboarding for a core revenue-driving, on-premise API testing tool — within real time and tech-stack limits. Set the team's review and feedback rhythm and mentored a junior designer through the redesign.
